I started training with Phil after my husband’s recommendation. Five months later, I really appreciate Phil for personal training because he knows more than your average personal trainer. He is a well qualified trainer and a licensed physical therapist with a phd. He not only treats his clients but gives them information to make better choices in improving their health. His office is very clean

I went back about a year later with neck pain and he helped resolve that issue as well. He has a combination of therapies and exercises and provides you with thorough instructions for what to do at home. His facility is new and very clean
