All content, including but not limited to the "Weekly Radar," "Vibe Search" parameters, code architecture, and curated database, is the exclusive property of OC GoTo. Automated crawling, scraping, or data mining of this directory is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our data will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Business owners who "Claim" a listing or enroll in a "Partner Placement" ($499/$949 tiers) represent and warrant that:
OC GoTo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any listing that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be misleading or detrimental to the South OC community.
Partner Placements and Premium Listings (including our exclusive territory lock-outs) are billed as agreed upon at the time of checkout. Due to the digital real estate, lead-generation setup, and exclusivity of these zones, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. OC GoTo does not guarantee specific ROI, lead volume, or search rankings, as market conditions vary.
By uploading logos, business photos, event details, or promotional offers to OC GoTo, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, format, and distribute this content across our platform, our social media channels, and our AI-driven "Radar Events" marketing materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OC GoTo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services provided by listed businesses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OC GoTo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.
Our site utilizes Mapbox and Google Business data. Your use of these features is subject to their respective Terms of Service. OC GoTo is not responsible for the functionality or privacy practices of these third-party tools.
