Our directory features information on local businesses that is already publicly available (Name, Address, Phone, Website). We curate this data to provide a centralized resource for the Lake Forest and Orange County community.
Business Owner Rights: As a business owner, you have full control over your representation on OC GoTo. You may “Claim” your listing to verify, update, or enhance your profile. If you wish to have your business information removed entirely from our directory, please email admin@ocgoto.com and we will process your request within 48 hours.
We use Groundhogg CRM to manage our community outreach and business owner relations. If we reach out to you regarding a “Featured Listing” or a “Claim Invitation,” it is because we believe your business is a valuable asset to the Orange County area.
When you register or claim a listing, we collect the personal information you provide (such as your name and professional email). Every automated email we send includes an “Unsubscribe” link, allowing you to opt-out of future directory updates instantly.
For businesses claiming "Partner Placements," payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways (such as Stripe). OC GoTo does not store or process your raw credit card information on our local servers.
When visitors leave comments or reviews on listings, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
If you upload images to your business listing, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices.
Articles or listings on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, or Google Maps).
