Extremely satisfied! German is fantastic -- personable, very knowledgable, and always on time. I scheduled an appointment to have my Bosch refrigerator and microwave fixed, which was super easy to do. German was very polite and respectful, diagnosed the issue quickly and came back the next day with parts to fix my appliances. 10/10. German is a rockstar!
